Scott was subpoenaed by the defense {of a child molester} as a character witness and he testified that while he knew the man, he caused no problems. That was the extend of his "defense" of the individual in question. Let it rest. Keep the faith.

Your statement is pure bunk. Ballard was NOT subpoenaed in that case. He showed up much to the surprise and dismay of the prosecutors in that case. If you really want to go there I'm game. Otherwise why don't YOU let it rest.
