Hey my friends, how are y'all doing? Smiling

It's good to hear from someone so cheerful. How are you doing?

We are in a slump here for the moment except for great muddle squirrel hunting stories.

Tug, my friend, how are you? I hope and pray you are well. Have you been to any of the coffee meetings recently? The last one I went to was in December (I think) with BPR, Yardman, Mike King, and Hutch. I'd love to meet you sometime...you're so kind and sweet! Take care! Smiling

P.S. I will be around more to fight the Agents of Hatred and Bitterness™ (i.e. $niffy and gang Sticking out tongue ).

Hi! Smiling I've been really busy.
I'm trying to catch up reading some of the comments. I miss Hutch too, hope his sister is okay. Where is Cy?

BTW Jane, I, me, myself, had to cut my own grass. Eye-wink

Cutting the grass used to fun but now I try to rush it because gas is so darn expensive. $3.38-3.41 a gallon.

Cutting all of that grass -- that's a lot of work. I start sneezing just thinking about it. At least is was cooler. It is a hard job when it's 95 degrees and so humid.

Cy's been around. Did you read his blog about his little white truck? If you want to laugh, read Muddle's blog about squirrel hunting. Smiling

Ole Jane is okay, just too busy with two jobs, looking for one good one, waited until last last last minute to do taxes - you know just the usual stuff.

I do hope Hutch and company are doing okay, such a heavy burden to bear.

And Muddle and Lynn, I hope all is better and improving for them too.

You take care, don't be too hard on some of these folks ;^)

I'm reading, even if I'm not writing.

I've wondered if you'd found another job yet. Hopefully, you'll find one really soon, and one close to home since gas costs so much. Seems like you work in Atlanta? I'd hate that drive. Too many bad drivers and too much traffic. I like to keep moving -- a little too fast, like Skyspy! Laughing out loud Being Git's office administrator and brain and his coffee girl, too, is a lot to ask! He hasn't been around much lately. You must be working him too hard! Laughing out loud

Have a good evening and week! (You could email me about the type of job you're looking for. Might know someone who knows someone who's looking for someone... Never can tell. Job hunting is no fun.)

I have missed you. I'm busy all the time it seems. But some think since I work so hard I should give up a piece of my pie to help those that don't work to have health care.Eye-wink Read Michelle Obama that I put up.

Do you think we all should quit our jobs and just let the government pay for our health care? Or if I don't have health care - I could get it through the government and I could just drop my health care I pay for? Of course I'm kidding- just concerned about the future of our nation.

We will have to go to the coffe blog sometime, Sniffles and Hack, Main are good buddies now, I am sure they would love to meet us.Smiling

Please remember Hutch sister, she is sick- keep her in your prayers.

Well, can I get your opinion about BLT? Read all of my blogs, I never knew it was around. Well, you will read what I think about it. I can tell you now it's not Christian.

Check back in often, I asked Cy one day if he knew where you were. He said he didn't know where that bird was. Smiling

Have a good afternoon. It's good to hear from you.

A big "hello" to you, Mrs. BPR! I hope you are doing well.

But some think since I work so hard I should give up a piece of my pie to help those that don't work to have health care.

BPR, I see you haven't read the New and Improved US Constitution. You must have missed the part about the right to "Life, Liberty, and Free Universal Health Care." After all, it works so great in the UK so why not here? Eye-wink

I'm kidding- just concerned about the future of our nation.

You and me both especially when we have such LOUSY candidates running in both parties. Have you heard the new joke?

"Obama, Clinton, and McCain are out in the ocean in a row boat and it capsizes, and they all fall in the water. Who gets saved?"

................

America! Laughing out loud Laughing out loud Laughing out loud

I'm so disgusted with the current crop of Republicrats and Demicans.

And yes, I'd love to see you and Mr. BPR again. We had a good time talking I dare say. Maybe we can schedule something. If the libs can have a coffee meeting, maybe us conservatives can too. Smiling

And I'm so sorry to hear that about Hutch's sister. I will pray for her right now!

Well, can I get your opinion about BLT?

Okay, sure, I will check out your blogs and answer.

And tell Cy I said hello too.

Unversal health care does not work in the UK in my opinion. While going to school in England I stayed with 2 different host families.

If you got sick or hurt the "government" supplied health care Dr. was in his office from 4pm until 5:30pm. You were seen on a first come first served basis. Anyone not seen that day had to wait until the next day or pay cash to see the other Dr. in town. For cash you could make an appointment with him.

The mom of one of the families I stayed with got cancer and was put on 3 month waiting list for surgery to have the tumor removed and start chemo.

Things have not imporved over there with time. The dad of the other family I stayed with was told he had cancer before christmas. He was just able to start chemo and radiation this past week, and that is only because his daughter in-law works at the hospital and pulled a fast one to have his name come up on the list more quickly.

People don't realize that there is no free lunch in life, and we can't save everyone. If we would stop giving away free health care to illegals here, maybe we would could help our own legal citizens in true need.

We will have to pick the lesser of the evils this time too. It's sad.

I was just asking Hack questions about Universal health care.

My husband brought up some of the same questions that you answered for me.

I don't think Universal health care will work- I also asked Hack about the illegal people already here, we don't refuse them care now, are we going to have to provide them also.

I do feel for people. Hey if I had the money I would pay for alot of people to have health care, I would not spend it on luxury items.

Hey, what about some these famous stars coming to the rescue instead of putting our Nation down- they should help with their money for the needy people instead of just throwing it away.

My heart breaks it does, the burden of being sick and having to deal with the cost of it.

I don't want the government telling me another thing I have to do.

My husband said that he heard on talk radio that someone said that it could cost us another 2 thousand dollars each a year to provide this kind of care.

Thanks for the information, I'd love to save the world, I can't.

I will keep the family you talked about in my prayers. That's heartbreaking.
