Euphoria

Has anyone had problems with Euphoria? I went there last year (on my birthday of all days) with a friend and we were totally ignored. No one came out back to help us, greet us, whatever. We did see someone peeking around a corner, so I know they knew we were there. We waited for over forty minutes and then left. Today my husband popped in and was ignored as well. He walked over to the salon and asked if services were by appointment only. When he told them what he was there for the hair stylist replied that that paticular service was a Euphoria service and that they couldn't help them. Is the salon not part of Euphoria? Is Euphoria so exclusive they can ignore whomever they choose? Has anyone else had any problem like this?

When buisnesses have extremely poor customer service, why do you repeatedly try to annoy them with your money???

Did it ever occur to you that they are trying to fail, to use their buisness as a tax write off??

Yes, more true than you may think!
Husband makes tons, wife loses a certain amount in the business---overall, much lower taxes!

PTC has a lot of these people!

Euphoria vs. Ici Paris

The place has been there for, I'm guessing, about 8 years. How they stay open is beyond me.We have heard similar comments over the years. My wife knew the owner and was treated very poorly when she would go there by her and her staff and I also had similar experiences when trying to do something nice for my wife. This was several years ago, so it appears nothing has changed. My wife has used Ici Paris for awhile now and loves it. Not the cheapest place around, but by far the very best around these parts in all aspects of service and attention to clients.
