Unless you were familiar with the history of this person (lilly/bpr), for the past several months, you wouldn't understand the significance of this particular blog. Having multiple identities on here, created by one person, with the intention of conducting "experiments" on other posters, was absurd on her part. But now, her charade is over.

First I want to say thank you for being a friend. My point with all of this is how everyone attacks Christians, I proved my point- with Lilly and BPR.

I'm only BPR now, and for the record to all that read this I'm not going away- I don't care what you say.

My point is everyone knocks- calls us hypocrites if we say we are Christian, God forbid if we mess up.

Honestly, Denise- I do pray for them, I wish they could know the God that we do- yeah we are all hypocrites, Christians and them, the difference- is you and myself have excepted God's grace. I was sick of everyone's attack- on Christians- I proved my point.

That was my point in doing this.

There is nothing in my post that indicates whether Ms Extreme is "wrong" or right. Strange how you pull out the wrong/right criteria when it suits your purposes. The purpose of my post is to keep MS's character in perspective when she's condemning BPR/Lilly.

But, to answer your question, MS put forth a very compelling case. I cannot verify the facts, nor can I verify IP addresses; therefore, I cannot say for certain that BPR is Lilly (although she admits that she is, if she's being sincere), but I'd vote for MS's case, as well as Muddle's observations. (BPR, that does not mean that I agree with MS in every other area.)

In case you're wondering, I don't think someone maintains credibility by pretending to be 2 separate people. I also think that MS had every right to challenge BPR/Lilly, especially when called a liar, and that BPR should apologize to MS for that comment. You can see my posts to BPR. (I've had the flu; so, I've missed some of what's been said.)

I'm not quite sure how to reply.

In what way did I show disrespect to "this person"? The problem with our friend "Lilly" is that her demeanor is contemptible and, I'll say, unbecoming of a professing Christian. Beyond that, the leaps of logic that she has taken are simply astonishing. To be told that I must believe in multiple "God's" because I object to her holier-than-thou attitude is laughable. The apparent assumption is: "I am so perfectly aligned with God and his will that anyone whyo objects to anything I say cannot possibly love God." "Muddle, I thought you were a Christian!" Give me a break.

I have operated on precisely the assumption that I stated: She could not possibly be real. At least, I hope not. "Lilly's" effect on all here makes me think of Paul's admonition in Romans ch. 2: "The name of God is being blasphemed among the gentiles because of you."

There simply is no kind of kook like a religious kook. When the religious kooks show up it is time to lock the henhouse.

And, since you are not Lilly, how did I slap you in the face? I've not interacted withn you at all!

From what I've heard, BPR is a pleasant person, but she overly emotional on here. Perhaps she is reacting (over-reacting) to your criticizing her but not Main Stream? The criticism does seem all one-sided. Any way, you can read my posts to BPR. I don't agree with her "leaps of logic" but isn't "contemptible" a little strong, especially since you've not used similar language with MS or Sniffles (unless I've missed it)?

Calling someone a "kook" (even if he/she's acting like one) only angers the person more (like throwing gas on a fire). "Unbecoming" is so much more diplomatic.

BPR, if you don't want people to assume you're less than stable, then think before you post. We don't know other aspects of your life that would help us overlook some of your comments (like we'd do for our friends or family). And, some of your comments don't need to be overlooked. You need to take responsibility for them. I make these comments to help you and would prefer to make them in person , but you're the one who's made all of this public.

Try to remember Skyspy's advice and comment on real criminals and make fewer personal comments unless you're willing to take people's criticism. Just trying to be helpful.

I may just go away as well. This is just too bizarre for my taste.

I would ask you both, personally, not to disappear from the "blogs". While we do not always agree on every point, the essence of what we are as Americans is that we can discuss our views openly and freely, with the goal of coming to some sort of middle/common ground. I always taught students that the responsibility inherent in free speech is that we have to tolerate hearing things that we do not like and with which we do not agree. I hate that others on here feel the need to attack people personally, but we have to move past that or we are no better than they are. Please do not disappear. I value your insight and commentary, even while differing with it at times. Keep the faith
