18 Months?

Mom Confesses to Crime Spree
(WSB Radio) A College Park mother has confessed to organizing and assisting in a summertime crime spree involving her 12-year-old son and some of his friends.
35-year-old Lakechia Woodward pleaded guilty Wednesday to burglary charges connected to break ins last August in several subdivisions in south Fulton County.

She's been ordered to serve 18 months behind bars, three and a half years on probation and to pay more than $6,000 dollars in restitution.

The only other suspect charged as an adult, 17-year-old Christopher Jackson, pleaded guilty to one count of burglary and was sentenced to five years probation and ordered to pay more than $4,000 dollars in restitution.

The charges against Woodward's son and the other teen suspects are being handled in Fulton County Juvenile Court.

This is why crime is so high in Georgia. 18 months is only a slap on the wrist in this case. She should be forced to serve at least 18 years for teaching these kids how to commit crime.
