Friday, October 26, 2007 was a grand day for a grand opening. Advantage Inspection proudly opened the doors of their new office located at 420 Dividend Drive Suite A-2 in Peachtree City. Nearly 100 people attended the event and enjoyed food prepared by local Executive Chef Luis Orna . Live music was provided by the talented group Maximus Productions with Latin Jazz Saxophonist Luis Alas. Advantage Inspection is the largest home and commercial inspection company in the Southeast.

It continues to expand by having more than 20 offices in 5 states. More than 10 years ago, Gary committed to learning as much about property inspections as possible. He has performed countless residential and commercial property inspections not only in the Atlanta area, but also in many states, Europe, Japan, Mexico and Canada.

As a former aircraft inspector for the Navy, he effectively utilizes the same methodical, systematic approach inspecting homes as he did for the military aircraft. When he’s not serving a customer on an inspection, Gary volunteers his time for various Habitat for Humanity projects in South Fulton and Coweta counties. Gary’s attention to detail, work ethics and total commitment to his customers is what makes him so sought after by customers needing a home inspection. He has an active membership in the National Association of Certified Home Inspectors and the American Society of Home Inspectors. He is also code certified for new construction.
Gary is a certified FEMA inspector.
