EVERYONE SUPPORTS DON REHWALDT, TRACY YOUNG, & GORDON SHENKLE

Not only does Cal Beverly and the Citizen newspaper support and endorse Don Rehwaldt for Tyrone's new Mayor, Tracy Young for council post 1 and Gordon Shenkle for post 2, but I do too. Plus the 350-400 names of people who signed the "petition" also support Rehwaldt, Young, & Shenkle.

Heck, I don't even need bloggers to cite their candidates positives, just cite something about their actual positions. I mean, really, 95% of what's written here has nothing to do with any of the real issues. It's astounding. I'm sure Rehwaldt, Young, and Shenkle have important things to say but their contingency looks like a bunch of freaking nut jobs. Can you imagine the townhall meetings? I cannot support candidates who do not take any steps to curtail the outrageous comments made by their primary supporters.

After long thought and reflection, I cannot support any of the candidates you cite. And not for their lack of merit. Tracy Young especially. But when they are supported by a few hateful, mean spirited, downright awful bloggers who attack their opponents, it cheapens their worth. If you want to help your favorite candidate, cite their positives, don't sling mud about their opponents - it might just come back to hit you in the face!

Well said 'Like it is'. I couldn't agree more. I would personally like to thank Ken Matthews, Jesse Nasianceno, and Tracy Young for their conduct during this election cycle. Each has stayed away from the ugly direction this election season has gone. I believe each has displayed a great deal of character not getting involved in this. I wish the 3 of you the best of luck on Tuesday. I understand not all 3 of you can win due to the fact 2 of you are running against each other. But with that said; Ken, Jesse, and Tracy you have already won regardless of the outcomes. Thank you for showing the town of Tyrone what class is.

I'm with you on this Like it is.

It's gonna backfire big-time on all the complainers, which is good. It will give them something to do for ANOTHER two years!!!

The way you get votes is convincing people in person. I'm not gonna trust the anonymous rantings of someone I don't know!!!!

The town actually has STANDARDS now. Look at all the restaurants and nice things the town has. They beat out PTC in several respects.

I say keep up the good work to those of you who make Tyrone special, and if you like Tyrone the way it is now, remember that when you go to the polls.
