Does anyone have any advise on which is the best company to get a refi loan from these days?

Checkout HomeTech. The owner's name is John. He has been around for along time and will shoot straight.

But you might still get shot by the straight shooter!

Shop around for the best interest rate. I called 5 companies, the last one I called was Liberty Mortgage. Ask about the 15yr note, then try to get them to lower it for a 10yr note. I got a 10yr. note the interest rate was 4.5% not bad. You can also call your current lender and see if they will beat the rate on a 10yr note. Also tell them you don't want to pay more than 1,000. in closing costs. Make them earn your buisness.
