It seems that some guy in PTC that worked with one of the baseball deals, had a case come up against him for misappropriating funds. Before it went to court, or had a final, did he, or didn't he, Smola, at a town hall meeting asked that they draft a letter/ make a motion? something along those lines, that they wouldn't do bussiness with/or let play/ at the Tyrone baseball fields. Kind of premature, anyway, I understand the guy got mad. You can go back to the Tyrone Council meeting minutes and read for yourself. I wonder if the town his going to pay for his lawsuit?

Well I went to www.tyrone.org to read the minutes and yep it's there but it might be gone later because I have been saving copies of the town council's minutes and some of them that are on there right now do not match the ones that were originally posted, because I saved them.....but when you download them, don't save a copy, instead e-mail the document to yourself. Just a nibble.

Now I remember - didn't Barry send the cops over to that guys' house to give him a ticket for parking his RV on his own property because Smola was mad about the founder's day thing....anyway, all I remember is that that guy, gosh I forgot his name, told the cops he was going up the town hall to kick Barry's A$$. So what happened?? I remember it too, someone said they were going to go and "kick Barry's A$$" to the police over some citations for parking an RV in the yard. Who was that?

The Guy got mad after the Police told him that Barry Amos sent him over. The Police really don't feel that the Big Man did something illegal but Amos insisted to go get the guy because he said so. Actually the Big Man was getting ready to get out from his driveway for trip but forgot something and went back inside his house.

Anyway, Just imagine this. The Big Man was so angry he told the Police I'm going to City Hall right now and kick Barry's Skinny Rear end. [the exact word a--]. The Big Man was speeding while the Policeman just right behind him. So when they pulled right in front of the City Hall, Here comes Barry Amos meeting the Big Man halfway of the parking lot and said, "oh its you, oh its you, Its okay,its okay now." Since then he never bother the Big Man. We're talking Real Big Man here. Six footer and weighs approx. 280 lbs. Can you imagine him and Barry face to face?

Yes, I know about Barry almost getting his a$$ beat. That was Preston Baker. He told me that he brought his RV home to load up for a trip the next day. Someone called Barry and he came there right away, went back and told police to go cite Baker. That's when all hell broke loose. Barry did the same think to Hank Sanak on Smola's order. Everyone has had enough of this crap. They'll be gone in January. On the strength of "People's Power" Nov. 6.

I'de say a good 6'3 or 6'4. The man isn't fat at all, big boned and strong looking with a booming voice. Very intelligent and not hot tempered. People that big have been trained from an early age, ...don't hit, or loose your temper...you can hurt someone, and he seems that sort. I think he would take a whole lot more than most, it was just they had kept on and wouldn't stop. 1st at founders day, then at town hall, and I think seeing Thelma and Barney riding by would have put most, myself included, over the top. He waited till they sent the police.
