Pathway Communities, one of the region’s most accomplished developers, has welcomed one of the South’s leading real estate marketers as its new Vice President Marketing and Public Relation. Corley will oversee the marketing of Pathway Communities nine residential properties, and will be actively involved in the broader marketing and communications efforts of the company.

Pathway Communities, best known as the developer of Peachtree City, is creating innovative living environments throughout the Atlanta region and is led by Peggy Sullivan, who was honored in 2006 as the National Marketing Director of the Year by the National Association of Homebuilders (NAHB). Having recently been appointed President at Pathway, Sullivan sought out someone of equally high caliber to fill her pervious position. Corley was the perfect fit.

“Phil has worked with us for over a decade as part of our marketing firm’s account team and has proven he can make things happen on a large scale,” said Sullivan. “He shares our vision for multifaceted residential development and he also has a firm grasp on the broader issues of overall economic development.”

Corley has spent the past 13 years leading marketing programs on behalf of real estate clients. Over that time he has developed a close relationship with media, local elected officials, and builders throughout the region, and has an in-depth understanding of every facet of real estate development.

Corley believes Pathway Communities is on the cutting edge of master-planned community development. “I’ve long admired Pathway for its approach to residential development,” said Corley. “The company has taken its successful model of developing Peachtree City and is now applying that same creative thinking to communities across the Atlanta region”.

Corley believes his mandate will be to maintain the high level of quality and professionalism Pathway has established, while evolving the marketing efforts to address the company’s expanding horizons. “I will work to make Pathway’s existing communities flourish while at the same time implementing the company’s vision in new ways and in new locations, and I’m very excited about being a part of those long term plans.”

A native of the Atlanta area, Corley is a graduate of Liberty University in Virginia and currently lives in Peachtree City with his wife and three children.

“For more than 20 years, Pathway Communities has been developing much more than land, they have been creating a lifestyle,” said Corley. “To be associated with a company that puts so much thought and consideration into their communities is truly an honor.”

Pathway Communities is currently developing SummerGrove and Avery Park in Coweta County; Monarch Village in Henry County; Lake Forest, Lake Astoria and River Rock in Forsyth County; and Tullamore and The Peninsula in Peachtree City.
