Life was so much better when terrorists were free to attack without retaliation:

The 1993 World Trade Center bombing that killed 6 and injured 1,000

The 1993 Mogadishu firefight that killed 18 U.S. soldiers

The 1995 Saudi Arabia car bomb that killed 5 U.S. military personnel

The 1996 Khobal Towers bombing that killed 19 U.S. soldiers, wounding 515

The 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies in Africa that killed 231 citizens, 12 Americans and injured 5,000

The 2000 USS Cole attack in Yemen that killed 17 U.S. sailors, wounding 39

PS, Don't forget how well his AG handled Waco! Gonzales never killed anybody.

Now, do you have any thoghts on that?

Fighting for truth, justice and the American way, while ignoring the ignorant!

Not only did the AG kill Habeus Corpus in America, but every innocent person that died or suffered at Abu Ghraib or Gitmo because Gonzo felt the Geneova Convention protections of combatants were "quaint" can link their fate back to Gonzo. Every American that suffered or was killed by men angered and motivated by Abu Ghraib can thank Gonzo, in part, for their fate.

Now, ArmyBushcan do no evil Major, cpount up all of the deaths which you listed, and compare them to the 3700+ who have died protecting us from a country which has never attacked the US. I imagine Osama supports your view of the Iraq effort, as it has given him security he could not have imagined,

I expect better arguments from you bud. Did I sleep through the suspension of Habeus Corpus? I'm sure CNN or NBC would have covered that.

Oh, if you mean that illegal combatants were not given rights they were not entitled to you may be stretching a point. The last time it was suspended was during the Civil War, you do agree with that outcome I presume?

Bottom line is that Tribunals will deal with GITMO criminals, er I mean detainees.

Abu Graib thugs were tried and punished, I don't recall seeing the AG along with Lindy English holding a leash, boy publish that photo and you will be amillionaire!

As far as killing Americans, what did the US AG do before 9/11 to motivate the killing of 3,000 civilians? Hack, they want to kill us because we worship a different God and don't want another Holocaust in Israel!

You can continue to say the world would be better with Saddam, Uday and Kusay as well as Chemical Ali back in power, but I will sleep better without them. Where did al-Zarqawi go for medical treatment after being wounded in Afghanistan? Oh yeah that peaceful, terror supporting nation Iraq!

If you call Osama getting dialysis in a cave and unable to use a cell phone secure, I have a bridge in NY to sell you.

Let's be honest buddy. You are the Anti-RetiredArmyMAJ, Bush can never be right. I hope you are ready to demonize the next Republican President for 8 more years. Ihe extreme partisanship, vitriol and pure meaness from the "loyal opposition" has hurt Americans more than anything the Preident has done. Since taking over Congress the Dems delivered on the Minimum wage hike and that is about it!

They have launched meaningless political investigations.

Advanced a retreat at all costs agenda.

Refused to secure the border.

Refused to fix Social Security and the list goes on. The one plus is that they gave the President the power to listen in on thre conversations of our enemies. Hey even a broken clock is right twice a day.

Enjoy your last months of Bush bashing, it's what your side does best.

Wasn't the President awesome in Iraq? Where were Hillary and Barrack Hussein this weekend?

The President's visit to Iraq was a great gesture. What will it change there? Nothing I suspect, but it was a good gesture. Are you inferring that Hillary and Barrack were somehow wrong for not being invited to travel with him on his once a year visit? Talk about weak arguments, bro. And, if you want to bring up meaningless investigations, you had best clean Ken Starr skeletons out of your GOP closet first, and then ask why the GOP is investigating Craig. You seem to forget the Republicans who supported many of these investigations, and the resignations that continue..... I suspect that accountability and oversight of how our money is being spent and how the politicians spending it behave require, well, investigations at times. Just like a JAG.

"P.S. Wasn't the President awesome in Iraq? Where were Hillary and Barrack Hussein this weekend?"

Hillary was up in NH talking up how the Democrat party passed the minimum wage increase!

I hope the GOP gets its act together and fields some strong players. If not, and I hate to say it, we might have another Clinton in office.

Without retaliation?

In the first World Trade Center attack, four Muslim fundamentalists were convicted of conspiracy and other charges. In 1998, the mastermind, Ramzi Ahmed Yousef, was convicted and sentenced to life plus 240 years in prison.

In the 1995 car bombing case in Saudi Arabia, four anti-royal Saudi Arabian dissidents with possible connections to Party of God an Iran were beheaded in Saudi Arabia

After the 1998 bombings of two U.S. embassies in Africa, Clinton dropped cruise missiles on Osama’s hideout in Pakistan and sent missiles into the Sudan. You yelled “wag-the-dog” and denounced Clinton for drumming up a war to divert attention from Lewinsky.

The perpetrator in the USS Cole attack was not determined until Bush came into office. He did nothing.

The 9/11 attack? Bush abandoned the search for Osama and invaded Iraq which had nothing to do with it.

Remember that old saying, “you can fool some of the people all of the time…” You would be one of those people.

I would like to point out the striking similarities in what is going on at the National level of our government and what is going on in Tyrone. Colin Powell, Donald Rumsfeld, and now Karl Rove have all jumped ship as the ship begins to sink. Paul Letourneau is not seeking re-election to the Tyrone Town Council and now Tyrone's Chief of Police has resigned....Does anyone see the striking similarities? Government is the same at any level, greedy, untruthful, crooked, corrupt, and self-interest driven. I think that is also what you will find by Barry Amos' name in the dictionary!!
