Starr's Mill takes first game from Brunswick in the AAAA baseball playoffsFri, 05/11/2007 - 5:44pm

The Starr's Mill Panthers trailed the Brunswick Pirates 2-0 after the top of the first inning, but Trent Freeman drove in a run in the bottom of the first to put the Panthers on the board. Brian Fletcher hit a home run in the bottom of the third and Tyler Claburn drove in two runs with a single in the inning to give Starr's Mill a 4-2 lead. Brunswick tied the game but Freeman wasn't done, driving in three runs with a double in the sixth and leading Starr's Mill to a 7-5 win. login to post comments |
