Gas and Groceries Spring Break Mission Trip to Oklahoma

Consider driving your family to interdenominational Voice of the Martyrs (VOM) in Bartlesville, Oklahoma to aid Christians abroad persecuted, tortured, and imprisoned for faith. Hebrews 13:3. Other Fayette families are going, leaving 3/31/07 Saturday, arriving 4/1/07 Sunday, working in safe, warm, comfortable warehouse-like area four 8 hour days (plenty of work appropriate for children about 10 or older, but not for children who need babysitting), driving back 4/6/07 Friday, to arrive back 4/7/07 Saturday. VOM has 2 apartments left, each with 2 bedrooms, kitchens, no housing charge for volunteers. You will meet missionaries venturing into areas (Bible smuggling, among other activities) where Christianity is punished with prison or death. Contact Ryan Doe, Volunteer Coordinator, at www.persecution.com, or (918) 337-8015 to get a simple application. No better family experience than this, no "catch", just a great organization staffed mostly by retired pastors of many denominations that goes the extra yard into danger beyond most mission efforts, our second trip.

What about gas and groceries?
What are the people going on this trip to do for a week working?
I don't know where they kill Christians unless maybe China used to, IF you smuggled Bibles!
I sure hope no one tries smuggling Korans into the USA.
I think holding church there and preaching against communism is the problem!

Go lay down. Give it a rest.
