My G. Nephew Chris is back from the Middle East and is in San Diego safe & sound!! We are so thankful. Please remember all the other men/women who are still over there and if you pray say a prayer for them.

Does anyone know who had the Military Funeral at Camp Memorial Park on 54 E. today? Lots of cars, and Helicopter hovering. I haven't seen any news reports. It should be front page, top story.

FCHS graduation last night was great except for two things.
The speaker's remarks in my opinion were totally inappropriate. This should have been about the graduating class, not about his political views. He did not receive a good response from where I was sitting.

The baccalaureate service was very nice. Good speaker & the FCHS chorus is great!

My oldest grandchild graduates tonight, I'm so proud of him!

USS Lake Champlain Rescue

My g-nephew Chris is on this ship and participated in this rescue. I have a email picture of him holding a small child. So very sad, but ended well.

Sonny Perdue, we now have 81 homeless veterans kicked out of their home. I saw this on the news tonight and it broke my heart. This is a disgrace!
