]> CCB's blog http://archive.thecitizen.com/blog/5125 en I'm sick of looking at http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/37035
those pictures of Scott Ballard on the right side of the web page.
Wed, 27 May 2009 11:51:15 -0400 Haddix and Logsdon: Not much difference http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/32158
A whole lot of people nag about Mayor Logsdon but what about their golden boy Don Haddix?

You can talk all you want about Harold's China trip and his business relations. Look at Don Haddix supporting a $9.9 million private recreation spree. He wants us to build a privately run sports complex on city land for none other than Dar Thompson.
Wed, 01 Oct 2008 00:57:12 -0400 The House Election http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/23803
It was a real disappointment to see how Matt Ramsey's people plastered signs all over the Fayetteville First Unitied Methodist Church.
Tue, 18 Dec 2007 17:46:02 -0500 Why Steve Brown will win the election http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/23627
I have defended Mayor Logsdon and Mitch Seabaugh in the past and I defend their right to choose as they see fit. They were elected by the people and until they're unelected, leave them alone.
Wed, 12 Dec 2007 13:56:27 -0500 Consider Michael Harman on Tuesday http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/22335
I'm sick of reading Johenry and the others who continually put COUNCILMAN Harman down. He is a councilman and he does deserve the respect of the office.
Mon, 05 Nov 2007 22:47:12 -0500 Mike King doesn't deserve to win http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/22228
Big mouth Mike King is the same guy who had weekly alcohol sprees with Harold Logsdon. Back then he agreed with Logsdon 100%. So what has happened? Did Mike find the old Steve Brown religion and give his heart to the comprehensive plan? Did Steve Brown's sermons in the newspaper bring Mike to his knees?
Fri, 02 Nov 2007 09:40:27 -0400 Fools never learn ... http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/14230
They are doing it again, Steve Brown is being converted into a populous symbol. The more the Direct PAC, Bob Lenox and others go after Brown, the stronger he becomes. The bunch of simpletons didn’t learn a thing from the old city attorney's failed attempt at trying to shut Brown up with a lawsuit geared at intimidation. Mayor Logsdon’s stab at trying to save face over TDK was pathetic. TDK will be beneficial to our community because it will generate economic growth and it will make our region stronger. All this business about getting employees to work on time is just a deplorable way to fool the public. Describe it for what it is, TDK is a chance to make something out of East Coweta County. Sure, there will be drawbacks like traffic and some sales tax evaporation, but it will make us stronger.
Fri, 09 Feb 2007 14:41:34 -0500 Do the right thing and four lane TDK http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/13193
The whole TDK extension thing is spiraling out of control. Mayor Logsdon is not making a bit of sense by not wanting to expand the road to four-lanes like all the professional traffic engineers have suggested.
Sun, 31 Dec 2006 16:10:10 -0500 City's image and Direct PAC accomplishments? http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/12991
The poster mudcat is bragging about a Direct PAC victory in the last elections. I have a hard time figuring out what he’s cheering about.
Tue, 19 Dec 2006 20:55:50 -0500 Political question - Legal or illegal? http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/10385
Steve Brown’s campaign finance letter to the editor was slanted. He is making it look like Westmoreland and Seabaugh are doing something illegal, and they are on the up-and-up.
Thu, 21 Sep 2006 14:10:03 -0400 TDK will help us all grow http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/10250
Look, with the declining economy, it makes a lot of sense to try to build in Coweta before the housing bust, and get that area established. You can get reasonable loans from the bank on development right now. It's going to tighten up later on.
Fri, 15 Sep 2006 16:20:06 -0400 PTC IS PART OF METRO ATLANTA http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/9902
I’m so sick of listening to people bash the TDK extension. Who cares if the road is going to produce ten of thousands of cars on our roads? People have to live somewhere.
Mon, 04 Sep 2006 12:28:50 -0400 Peachtree City full of wimps and cry babies http://archive.thecitizen.com/node/9683
Everybody just needs to shut up about the extra-large developments that are in the works. Who cares what Steve Brown thought about TDK? Steve Brown slowed residential growth down considerably and the voters said that wasn’t the way they wanted to go. That was good for our community. We need wide open markets. A lot of builders had to go outside of Fayette County to find work. If it hadn't been for Fayetteville and Tyrone, there wouldn't had been any housing built in Fayette County to speak of.
Sun, 27 Aug 2006 19:37:00 -0400
