golf cart crash on Kelly Drive by Dividend

Does anyone have any info regarding the golf cart crash into a tree on Kelly Drive at the intersection with Dividend on Sat evening around 8pm? I did not stop because there were so many people standing around the injured victim & a lot of cars pulled over.

Does anyone know what was going on Friday night around 5pm in front of Mike & C's in PTC? There were numerous police officers in ski masks, helicopters flyover and arrests being made.
