Proceeds from each year's event are donated to local non-profit organizations. This year's recipients are the Fayette Family YMCA and the Asden Johnson Youth Protection Home.

Over the past four years, the board has donated $35,000 to local organizations.

The agenda for Noel November included a public showing of the trees and wreaths during the morning and afternoon, followed by an auction that night.

During the day, special entertainment was provided by the Fayette Middle School Chorus, the Fayetteville Elementary School Choir, and the Kenwood Christian Church Youth Choir.

That evening, music was provided by Michelle Urda, pianist, and the Edgefield Baptist Church youth choir.

The trees, wreaths and other holiday items featured in the Noel November auction were contributed by local businesses, organizations and individuals, plus the event was supported by a large group of sponsors.

Terri Kellerman and Dave Edmondson served as co-chairmen of the event. Judges included Neal Jackson, president of the Georgia Association of Realtors; Don Phillips, secretary for the board of the Asden Johnson Youth Protection Home; and Cindy Lester, vice president of the Georgia Association of RealtorsÆ. Bill MacDonald was the auctioneer.
