The Coweta County Building Inspection Department issued a total of 191 permits during the month of October.

In October, 1998, the county issued 205 permits. Permits issued alst month include a new category called foundation, which is a result of recent actions by the Coweta County Commissioners. The county now requires two-permits for residences to try and catch building errors before variances are needed.
