Andrew Nicholas Jones was found guilty of use of fighting words after an incident in which he cursed and threatened Fayette County Sheriff's Department deputies. He received 12 months in jail. Also found guilty of obstruction of a law enforcment officer, he was sentenced to 12 months probation consecutive with the first count.

Dayton Calhoun IV had a charge of driving under the influence reduced to reckless driving, and was also guilty of driving with an unlawful alcohol concentration and failure to maintain lane. He recieved 12 months in jail and $2,550 in fines.

Albert Longman, guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, pled nolle prosequi on driving with an unlawful alcohol concentration and driving with a suspended license. He received 12 months probation.

Ryan Patrick Snow, guilty of interference with custody, received 12 months probation. He pled nolle prosequi on contributing to the deliquency of a minor and contributing to the unruliness of a minor.

Alicia Sheek pled nolo contendre to theft by shoplifting and received 12 months probation.

Anthony K. Williams, guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and expired tag, pled nolle prosequi on failure to maintain lane, open container and seatbelt violation, and nolo contendre on driving with a suspended license. He received a 12-month probated sentence with 10 days in jail on one count, with a consecutive 12-month jail sentence on the other count.

Richard Lamar Carter, guilty of theft by shoplifting, received a 12-month probated sentence, including 30 days in jail.

Kimberly Collett pled nolle prosequi to theft by deception and theft by taking.

Robert L. Timmons faces charges of driving under the influence of alcohol, driving with an unlawful alcohol concentration, open container, and a bench warrant was issued for him Oct. 18.

Jan C. Williams, guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, received 12 months in jail.

Brandon E. Johnson was found guilty for refusing to stop for an emergency vehicle and driving with a suspended license, receiving 12 months in jail and a $1,000 fine on each, to run consecutive. He also received a consecutive 12-month jail sentence for being found guilty of marijuana possession.

Curtis W. Whittington, guilty of loitering, received a $150 fine.

Cynthia G. Knight pled nolo contendre to marijuana possession and received 12 months probation.

Michael R. Jones, guilty of marijuana possession, received 12 months probation.

Steven L. King, guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license, received a 12-month probated sentence (including six months in jail) on one count and a consecutive 12-month probated sentence on the other count.

Helena M. Pearson pled nolo contendre to simple battery, receiving 12 months probation.

Dereck A. Grier, guilty of marijuana possession, received a $600 fine.

Odell C. Wicker, guilty of three counts harassing phone calls, received consecutive 12-month probated sentences on each.

Hompheng Kongphilia, guilty of driving under the influence of alcohol, received a 12-month probated sentence (including 10 days jail) and 40 hours of community service.
