American Train Show rolls into town this weekend The Great American Train Show will be held in the Gwinnett Civic and Cultural Center from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m on both Saturday and Sunday. If it has to do with trains, from state-of-the-art model trains to the old American Flyers and Lionel which have thrilled generations, you'll find it at the Great American Train Show. The show will feature seven model railroad displays, 300 exhibitor tables, 12 daily workshops, thousands of accessories and the new Big Fun Railroad, designed for children ages three and up. The Big Fun Railroad features seven operating trains including electric trains and Thomas the Tank battery operated radio controlled trains. Admission is $6 and children under 11 are admitted free with an adult. Admission is good for both days of the event. For more information, call 630-834-0652.
