Word of Life ladies plan Christmas fellowship

Ladies at Word of Life Family Church will have a Christmas Fellowship Wednesday, Nov. 10 at 7 p.m. at the church. Those attending are asked to bring a salad to share, an ornament to exchange, and friends.

McDonough Road Baptist sets “Cheap Date Night”

Adult members of McDonough Road Baptist Church are invited to attend “Cheap Date Night,” on Saturday, Nov. 3 beginning at 7 p.m. Those attending will enjoy a feature film presentation, complete with popcorn, candy and Cokes. Childcare will be provided by church youth. Proceeds will benefit the youth ski trip. A donation will be taken at the door. Reservations are recommended. River's Edge to present “Sunday Night Live”

McDonough Rd. schedules “Passion Atlanta” trip

The college and Career class at McDonough Road Baptist Church will attend “Passion Atlanta” on Friday, Nov. 12 at 7;30 p.m. This will be an evening of prayer, worship, praise and teaching. Those attending will leave in the church van at 6 p.m. The cost is $12 per person. Guest speaker will be Louie Giglio. Music will be led by Watermark and the Passion Worship Band. Christian Singles plan covered dish dinner

United Singles for Christ, a singles ministry serving the Fayette-Coweta area, will have a covered dish supper Saturday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. at Fayetteville First Baptist Church. The group has weekly meetings. For more information, call the 24-hour hotline at 770-251-4173.

PTC First Baptist to host Yule School

The first Baptist Church of Peachtree city will host a free Yule School, an open house where members share Christmas traditions, Sunday evening, Nov. 14, from 7-9 p.m. There will be Christmas displays, food and craft tips, stories and more.
