Sales at Biscayne Pointe are expected to top 125

Biscayne Pointe, The Knight Group's highly-successful residential development in the Rex area of Clayton County, is on a pace to record over 125 new home sales during 1999.

The community, which will have over 300 homes when built out, is located on Ga. Hwy. 42 just a few minutes from two interstate highways (I-75 and I-675), and the shopping areas in Stockbridge and the Mt. Zion area. The homes in Biscayne Pointe are priced from $99,900 to the $120,000s.

The Knight Group is offering 14 different floor plans, including ranch and two-story designs. Five of these plans have been entered in the current Professionalism Awards competition. The homes contain from 1,300 to 1,700 sq. ft of living space, and according to the plan, have one or two-car garages.

The exteriors are of low maintenance vinyl siding. There are six furnished models in the community, which features sodded lawns, sidewalks and streetlights.
