Builders set tech discussion

The Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia will hear about “Technology Affecting Your Business in the Future” at the association's November meeting, which will be held Thursday night, Nov. 18, at WhiteWater Country Club.

Kim Medlin with Atlanta Custom Homes Inc. will be the speaker for the meeting, which will begin with a reception and registration at 6:30 p.m. and will be followed by dinner and the program..

Reservations for the meeting should be made by Tuesday, Nov. 16. The association office's telephone number is (770) 716-7109.

Chase Manhattan Mortgage, First Citizens Bank and Tucker Federal Mortgage, the current members of the association's Underwriters Club, will be recognized at the meeting.

Members of the Underwriters Club assist with the cost of dinner meeting programs and receive recognition at all Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia functions for the entire year.

The Home Builders Association of Midwest Georgia, which serves builders in Fayette, Coweta, Spalding, Heard and Meriwether Counties, currently has around 395 members. More information about the association can be obtained by calling the association office.
