Renee Dingler has been named as Tim Jones Realty's marketing representative in Creekside, Tim Jones Communities' new 68-homesite development in Rex.

Dingler, who has been in real estate for six years, was the top producer at her previous company in 1998, recording over $4 million in sales and earning inclusion in Communities Magazine's “Communities 100” listing of the Atlanta area's top agents.

She is an Active Life Member of the Metro South Association of Realtors' Million Dollar Club. A Stockbridge resident, she has previously marketing homes at several new home subdivisions in the Metro South area, including Hynds Springs in Jonesboro and Ashton Court in McDonough. • Jean Wallace has joined Diane Yasinski on the marketing team in The Commons at Meadow Glen, The Knight Group's new residential neighborhood in the 168-acre Meadow Glen planned unit development in Fairburn. Ms. Wallace, a Newnan resident, has been in real estate for 13 years and studied real estate at the University of Georgia.

She holds the GRI designation and is a member of the Metro Association of Realtors and the Georgia and National Associations of Realtors.

She has previously marketed homes in Prestwick at River's Edge Plantation in Clayton County and Dogwood Lakes in Henry County. sionalism Awards in the annual competition sponsored by the Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association and the Greater Atlanta Sales & Marketing Council, bringing home two of these awards in 1992, five in 1995, one in 1997 and two in 1998. The Knight Group has several homes entered in the 1999 Professionalism Awards competition.

• ERA Preferred Realty recently announced its ERA Million Dollar Winners year to date. The winners included Delores Christian, Nathan Esparza, Robin Hulse, Cheryl Bains, Suzanne lane, Madelyn Lee, Tricia Mahoney, Twilla Porter. Pat Roman and Cheri Scranage.

Gloria Tynes, assistant broker, has joined Assist 2 Sell Buyer & Seller Realty Center as a sales associate. Tynes has been a consistent Million Dollar producer during her 22-year career. Tynes is a member of the National Association of Realtors and resides in Sharpsburg.

• Tutt Larsen and Linda Nettleton of The Home Source Realtors in Peachtree City recently attended the 1999 Annual Convention and Trade Expo in Destin, Fla.

Nearly 900 members from across Georgia attended the three-day convention, which included intensive educational training classes, personal and professional growth programs, and networking activities.

• Prudential Georgia Realty's Peachtree City office announced recently that Christy Wall has received the distinguished eCertified designation from the Prudential Real Estate Affiliates,Inc.

The training and certification process is designed to identify, certify and deliver real estate professionals who possess the technological and business skills necessary to service the emerging market needs of the online consumer.
