The Fayette County High School Drama Department will present “A Night in the Ukraine” and “A Nightmare called Graduation Day” Nov. 4 and 6 at 7:30 p.m. at Sams Auditorium.

“A Night in the Ukraine” is based on Tommy Tune's “A Day in Hollywood and A Night in the Ukraine,” which is based on an unmade Marx Brothers movie and serves as a parody to Anton Chekhov's classic, “The Bear.” Josh Kirby will play Groucho, Joe Parker will play Chico and Megan McCormick will play Harpo.

“A Night in the Ukraine” will be preceded by a short play written by the drama II students about the fear of high school graduation. Tickets will cost $5 and will be sold by cast members and the rest of the Drama Department, as well as at the door.
