Chimneys unveils its model home

More than 120 real estate professionals were on hand as Centex Homes, the 1998 Atlanta-are builder of the year, unveiled its furnished model home at The Chimneys in Fayetteville.

Characterized by its open and spacious floor plan, the Wellington plan also features a dramatic two-story entry and living room with a winding staircase. The model also reveals an enormous master suite and unique interior design features.

The neighborhood is centrally located to Peachtree City and Fayetteville's shopping, recreation and entertainment opportunities. The Starrs Mill school complex, a state-of-the-art education facility housing a three-school campus for grades K-12, is adjacent to the neighborhood.
