Pathway Communities, the developers of Peachtree City, recently sold approximately five acres of land on ga. Highway 74 in the Clover Ranch area to the city of Peachtree City. The land will be used by the city for the construction of a new police station.

In addition, Pathway Communities donated nearly five acres of land adjacent to the purchased property. The green belt will serve as a buffer, preserving the natural surroundings of the area.

Peachtree City Mayor Bob Lenox thanked Pathway Communities for the donation of the land, saying, “We are very appreciative of the company's long-term commitment to Peachtree City. This gift represents Pathway's commitment to both Peachtree City and the environment.”
