rAnn Alexander is a new agent with the Newnan/Coweta county office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Alexander, who is a member of the Metro South Association of Realtors, received her training through the MLS Training Institute, and she plans to continue her education through Coldwell Banker University.

A Newnan resident for two and one-half years, she is married to Gregory Alexander. They have three adult children, Sharon Strong-Warner, Angela Strong and Anthony Strong, and seven grandchildren.

rCarolyn Folds has joined Tim Jones Realty and will serve as builder representative in Prestwick at River's Edge Plantation.

Folds has worked in real estate throughout the metro Atlanta area since 1985. Prior to that, she was an administrator in the Mental Health Division of the Georgia Department of Human Resources.

She has lived in Clayton County since 1967. Prestwick is part of the River's Edge Plantation master planned community, situated along the banks of the Flint River in Clayton County. Now in its final phase, the neighborhood offers homes built by Tim Jones Communities and priced from $112,000 to $132,000.

rTerri Kellerman, a sales associate with Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty and a member of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, was recently awarded the Graduate, Realtor Institute by the Georgia Association of Realtors.

Kellerman was awarded the designation after completing 90 hours of classroom instruction, covering subjects such as contract law, professional standards, sales and marketing and finance and risk reduction. Courses are taught by leading real estate instructors from around the country.

Kellerman joins a select group of other residential specialists in Georgia who have earned the designation this year.

rThe Home Source Realtors, one of Atlanta's fastest growing real estate companies, welcomes Joseph Colletti as its vice-president and director of builder/developer services.

Colletti will be responsible for managing on-site sales activity in the communities represented by The Home Source Realtors. He will also be actively involved in the company's builder and Realtor relations, as well as the company's marketing efforts,

rAnne Minter, broker and owner of Century 21 Southern Crescent, was listed among the 500 Most Powerful women in real estate and relocation by National Relocation & Real Estate magazine.

rThe Atlanta Business Chronicle has recognized Group VI Corporation as a “Pacesetter” company for the third year.

The paper defines a pacesetter as one of Atlanta's 50 fastest growing privately held companies as ranked by revenues and employee growth over a five-year period.

“We couldn't do it without the people who make up Group VI,” said president and co-founder Jim Pace.

Group VI Corporation is a general contractor and construction company that specializes in office, industrial and medical facilities throughout the Southeast.
