Real Estate Scene rAnn Alexander is a
new agent with the Newnan/Coweta county office of
Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Alexander, who is
a member of the Metro South Association of
Realtors, received her training through the MLS
Training Institute, and she plans to continue her
education through Coldwell Banker University.
A Newnan resident for two and one-half years,
she is married to Gregory Alexander. They have
three adult children, Sharon Strong-Warner,
Angela Strong and Anthony Strong, and seven
grandchildren.
rCarolyn Folds has joined Tim Jones
Realty and will serve as builder representative

Folds has worked in real estate throughout the
metro Atlanta area since 1985. Prior to that, she
was an administrator in the Mental Health
Division of the Georgia Department of Human
Resources.
She has lived in Clayton County since 1967.

rTerri Kellerman, a sales associate
with Coldwell Banker Fulton Realty and a member
of the Fayette County Board of Realtors, was
recently awarded the Graduate, Realtor Institute
by the Georgia Association of Realtors.
Kellerman was awarded the designation after
completing 90 hours of classroom instruction,
covering subjects such as contract law,
professional standards, sales and marketing and
finance and risk reduction. Courses are taught by
leading real estate instructors from around the
country.
Kellerman joins a select group of other
residential specialists in Georgia who have
earned the designation this year.
