Where did lake get new water from?

I am curious to know where the water is coming from that is slowly filling Crystal Lake (Lake Bennett).

Supposedly, no one in the county knew why the water leaked out, so how is it coming back?

Maybe this will be a mystery lake, with water receding at will whenever the lake has an urge.

No one has claimed the responsibility for the leak, so they certainly cannot claim solving the mystery.

Ah, the sweet mysteries of life!
