Flat Creek Baptist plans Prophecy Conference

Irbys to be honored at Heritage Baptist

Heritage Baptist Church in Sharpsburg will have a retirement reception for Henry and Elaine Irby in honor of their 32 years of service Sunday, Oct. 10 at 7:30 p.m. The reception will follow the evening service and will be held at the Matthew J. Zion Lutheran offers Parents' Night Out

Parent volunteers of Zion Lutheran Church in Newnan will offer a Parents' Night Out on Friday, Oct. 8 from 6-11 p.m., giving adults the opportunity to have some time for themselves while their children participate in age-appropriate activities and games. Registration is required one week in advance and there is a fee of $5 per family to cover the cost of snacks. The church is at 53 Country Club Rd. in Newnan. Brotherhood Fish Fry planned at McDonough Road

Covenant hosts Thursday Bible study groups

All women of the church at Covenant Presbyterian are invited to attend Thursday morning Bible study from 9:30-11:30 a.m. at the church. Baby-sitting is provided and refreshments are served. Rolling Hills offers Wednesday activities

Rolling Hills Baptist Church in Fayetteville offers numerous activities on Wednesday nights. At 5:30 p.m., members host a Wednesday night supper, followed by AWANA groups for children ages kindergarten through fifth grade. A group for middle school and high school youth meets at 6:45, as does an adult bible study class. A nursery is provided for younger children. Saint Gabriel plans craft bazaar Oct. 22, 23

The Catholic Church of Saint Gabriel will host its fourth annual fall craft bazaar Friday, Oct. 22 and Saturday, Oct. 23 at the church on Antioch Rd. off Ga. Hwy. 92 South. Nat'l Heights Baptist offers Wednesday dinners

National Heights Baptist Church offers a fellowship dinner each Wednesday night at beginning at 5:30 p.m. The cost is $3.50 for adults and $1.50 for children 10 and under. Providence offers Youth Fellowship meetings

Youth Fellowship at Providence United Methodist Church is open to all middle and high school youth. Christ Our Hope resumes Wednesday communion

Wednesday evening communion services have resumed at Christ Our Hope Lutheran Church.
