Open Door Baptist Church in Senoia will present its final concert of the year when it welcomes The Greenes, a gospel singing trio from Boone, N.C., Thursday, Oct. 7 beginning at 7 p.m. The doors open at 6 p.m. and a love offering will be accepted.

Originally begun as three gospel singing teenagers with their father accompanying on the piano, The Greenes celebrated their 20th anniversary in 1998. Brothers Tony and Tim Greene are co-owners and operators of The Loft Studio, a recording studio in Boone, and also serve as song leader and pastor respectively at Westview Baptist Church, also in Boone. Filling out the trio is TaRanda Kiser who joined the group in 1997. The Greenes are on the road most of the year, making some 160 appearances, mostly Thursday through Saturday.
