The Great Frame Up, a national franchise chain of art and custom framing stores, announced this week it will open a store in Fayetteville Oct. 18.

The store is located at 805 South Glynn street and offers shoppers a wide selection of framing options, as well as a gallery of framed art.

Storeowner Fred Edwards, who was raised in Fayetteville, is excited about the new venture.

“We are customer service-driven with a goal of tailoring our work to the exact needs of area residents by offering the best selection of custom framing for home or office at competitive prices.”

Shoppers will find a wide selection of picture framing options including professional custom framing, do-it-yourself framing and commercial framing services.

Staff members will give customers the chance to choose their level of involvement in the framing process.

“The service we provide to our customers is our primary concern,” said Edwards.

Store hours are Monday through Saturday from 10 a.m.-6 p.m.
