Arbor Springs is the ultimate choice in leisure living

Arbor Springs Plantation, which is located on Hwy. 29 just north of Sharpsburg-McCollum Road, has an amenity package that should “fill the bill” for any perspective homeowner. Its new championship golf course is open to play for the public and presents a challenge to all levels of golfers. It has been designed to accommodate the heavily wooded and rolling terrain, without detracting from the natural aesthetics that surround it.

If tennis is your game, lighted courts allow play at any time.

Miles of nature trails meander through the woods, along shimmering lakes and by woodland streams. Joggers and walkers keep in shape on sidewalks that wind their way throughout the development.

A backdrop for the lakeside swimming pool is the resident's clubhouse which features men's and women's locker rooms, a 2,500 square foot activity room, and a fully equipped kitchen.

Situated on the southern end of Arbor Shores Lake will be a park and play area with picnic tables, gazebo, sand volleyball, and playground equipment. Construction on this amenity is underway.

The community at Arbor Springs has about 70 residents currently and anticipates eight to 10 new homeowners in the next few weeks. They keep up with current community events on their own intranet webpage which features an online newsletter, HOA roster, announcement message board, and events calendar.

This private intranet site is only one of the available features that our Smart Home Technology offers every Arbor Springs resident. All homes are wired through Newnan Utilities cable modems which provide wide Band (10MB) internet access. Each homeowner can design their own technologically advanced home environment.

For those wanting to avoid Atlanta gridlock, Arbor Springs Plantation is ideal. Its location offers easy access to I-85; 20 minutes travel time to Atlanta Hartsfield Airport; 30 minutes to downtown Atlanta; and only 1.5 minutes to your choice of resort-like recreation!
