Pre-sales are now being accepted in McCullough Ridge, Tim Jones Communities' upscale new community on McCullough Road in the McDonough area.

Mark Hyre, director of sales and marketing for Tim Jones Communities, said the 62 executive estate homes will be priced from the $170,000s to $300,000.

The homes will be situated on one-acre lots, and many of the home sites are heavily wooded with lake view and lake side vistas of the 2.5-acre lake.

The first phase of the community will consist of 32 home sites, said Hyre, who added that the builder will offer seven to 10 “dynamic” new plans there, including two-story, loft plans, masters on the main, and ranches.

McCullough Ridge, seven minutes from exit 73 on Interstate 75, is on McCullough Road between Chambers Road and Flippen Road. The community will have underground utilities and dual sidewalks.
