SummerGrove at Newnan, the Atlanta area's only community with a comprehensive technology package, is celebrating another milestone. Home sales at SummerGrove have reached 100.

“The response to SummerGrove has been terrific,” says Elliott Stotler, senior vice president and general manager at Pathway Communities, the developers of SummerGrove. “Since the opening of the SummerGrove Information Center, we've had over 2,000 visitors. These sales and traffic figures are among the highest in the region.”

Stotler credits SummerGrove's early success to its accessible location and master-planned community features.

“SummerGrove has been carefully designed to preserve the beauty of its natural environment, while embracing the charm and sense of community for which historic Newnan is known,” Stotler added.

Based on SummerGrove's early success, Pathway Communities is developing future neighborhoods in the community. These neighborhoods are expected to be delivered later this year.
