Sales pace is brisk at The Courtyards

The sales pace has been brisk at The Courtyards, a new community of low maintenance patio homes in Newnan being built by Meyer-Sutton Homes.

There have already been 20 sales in the new community, which is in the White Oak area on Shenandoah Boulevard in Newnan, just south of Ga. Highway 34.

The builder is Meyer-Sutton Homes, one of south Atlanta's leading home builders, and there will be a total of 80 homes priced from $104,900 to $109,900. The Courtyards is within walking distance of the new movie theater and bowling alley, as well as shopping and dining establishments, and it is a short drive from White Oak golf course, soccer fields and other recreation facilities.

The unique two-bedroom homes were custom designed by Garrell & Associates Inc. of Atlanta specifically for The Courtyards.

Three different plans are offered, including two ranch styles and one two-story, and there is a choice of a one- or two-car garage.

Special features include vaulted ceilings, formal dining areas with architectural columns, large living rooms with fireplaces, and large gourmet kitchens with white cabinets.

Extensive landscaping and privacy fences also are included. The community's builder is Meyer-Sutton Homes, a firm whose principals have real estate construction and mortgage banking experience spanning over 15 years.

The company also is building in The Vineyards at Eagle's Landing and Lost Forest in Henry County; BraeBurn at White Oak and Wentworth at White Oak in Coweta County; and Farr Lake Estates in Fayette County.

Communities recently sold out for Meyer-Sutton Homes include Dickerson Cove and Emerald Pointe in Henry County, and Legacy Estates in Coweta.
