Bill Fisher has joined Tim Jones Realty as builder representative in Calloway Village at City Square, Tim Jones Communities' neighborhood in the new City Square master planned community in McDonough.

Fisher, who has marketed real estate for seven years in the Henry and Clayton County area, previously was the marketing agent in Windsor Place in Henry County. He also worked for 23 years in commercial leasing and financial planning.

Fisher and his wife, Nancy, reside in the Lake Spivey area of Henry County. They have two grown children. City Square is on Racetrack Road, just off the Courthouse Square in McDonough. Calloway Village will be a 200-home neighborhood with homes priced from $105,000 to $120,000.

The builder/developer in the neighborhood, Tim Jones Communities, is a 19-year-old firm which is currently the leading builder in the Clayton/Henry area. Karen Beecham has joined Tim Jones Realty as builder representative in Wellington Park, an exclusive new 32-home community in McDonough by Tim Jones Communities.

Beecham, who has been in real estate since March 1997, has previously marketed new homes in several communities in the metro Atlanta area, including Country Club of Gwinnett and River's Edge Landing in Gwinnett County. She has been a million dollar producer.

Wellington Park, which has homes with prices from the $90,000s, is just off Phillips Drive in McDonough.

Rae Shaw has joined Steve Freeman on the marketing team for Meyer-Sutton Homes in Wentworth, the golf, swim and tennis neighborhood in the White Oak community in Coweta County.

Shaw entered real estate with RE/MAX Results three and one-half years ago. Working exclusively in marketing new homes, she is a member of the Million Dollar Club and has earned membership in the RE/MAX 100% Club.

She has previously sold homes in the original Woodstream development and in the Kingsbrook neighborhood of Woodstream. Meyer-Sutton Homes, which is constructing at least 35 of the homes in the 70-home Wentworth neighborhood, has also announced the opening of a new model home, “The Metcalf.”

On the 13th fairway of the “old course” at Canongate-at-White Oak golf course, the 2,500-sq. ft. , “split” plan four-bedroom model home has a full brick exterior, formal living and dining rooms, a great room, and a long list of upgraded features. The model home is priced at $249,900. On Lower Fayetteville Road east of Shenandoah Boulevard, Wentworth at White Oak offers homes priced from the $180,000s to the $240,000s.

Denise Westerveld has joined the marketing staff at the Fayette County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty.

Westerveld, who received her training through the Joe Kennedy Real Estate School, is a native of Yorkshire in England. A Fayetteville resident for two years, she also has spent one year in Malaysia and 15 years in Canada. She is married to Jacob Westerveld, and they have three children, Lain, 19; Chelsey, 9, and Jacob, 6.

Westerveld is a member of Prince of Peace Lutheran Church in Fayetteville, where she is a Sunday School and Vacation Bible School teacher, assistant superintendent of education, and a church collection counter. She is a member of Women's Investment Group, a Girl Scout and Boy Scout leader, and a volunteer for the Humane Society, scheduling and fostering animals.

Doug Crumbley, an agent with the Henry County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty, has been recognized as a Top Sales Associate by Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation. According to an announcement by Alex Perriello, president and chief executive officer of the Coldwell Banker Real Estate Corporation network, Crumbley was in the top ten for Georgia in listings sold for second quarter 1999.

Crumbley, who was June Agent of the Month for the Henry County office, has been in real estate since 1990, joining Bullard Realty in 1996. He received his training through the MLS Training Institute, and he completed the Floyd Wickman sales and incentive listing program. Named to Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society for 1998, he is an active member of the Million Dollar Club and has been a member of his company's President's Club.

Jenny Johnson, who said that she brings “youth and energy” to her job, is a new sales associate with the Newnan/Coweta County office of Coldwell Banker Bullard Realty. Johnson comes to CB Bullard Realty with a strong background in retail management, which she said gives her a fresh outlook and makes her service oriented.

She is a graduate of the MLS Training Institute and has continued her education through Bullard College of Real Estate. Now residents of Senoia, Johnson and her husband, Kendall Johnson, moved here from Corpus Christi, Texas, where they were married two years ago. They attend Crossroads Church in Sharpsburg.

Cash, who has been in real estate for just over three years, has earned Million Dollar Club membership twice and has already recorded over $1 million in sales in 1999. First runner-up for top 1997 producer in her office at her previous company, she qualified for Coldwell Banker's International Diamond Society the past two years. A Locust Grove resident, Cash is married to David Cash. They have two children, Jessica, 12, and Adam, 11.
