Preparation classes for the Scholastic Assessment Test will be offered this fall through Fayette County Community Schools under the direction of Thor Hanes.

Each class features verbal, math and test-taking skills. Classes at McIntosh High School will meet Mondays Sept. 13 - Oct. 4. Starr's Mill High School classes will meet Tuesdays Sept. 7 - Oct. 5.

Additional classes will meet at the Lafayette Education Center Wednesdays, Sept. 8 - Oct. 6.

Times run from 4 - 6 p.m. or 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. The cost is $80, including book. Classes will be offered again later in the fall and private tutoring also is available.
