Leasing begins at
Governor's Square Office Park Pre-leasing
has begun in phase one of Governor Square Office
Park, off Ga. Highway 54, just each of the
Peachtree City limits.
Ernie
Baker of Richard Bowers and Co., which is
handling leasing for the office park, said
negotiations are currently in progress with
several serious prospects.
The
park is being developed and built by Ravin, the
office/commercial construction division of Ravin
Homes Inc.
Construction
has begun on phase one, a 24,000-sq. ft. office
building, which is expected to be ready for
occupancy in January 2000. Once this building is
completed, groundbreaking will take place on
phase two, a 17,000-sq. ft. office building with
a landscaped courtyard.
The
one-story buildings will have brick veneer
exteriors with full height tinted and insulated
window walls. Each suite will have its own
entrance from the outside.
The
office park will have a fully landscaped
environment, giving it a campus
effect. The area will have 183 parking spaces,
and there will be on-site management.
Ravin
Homes, the parent company of Ravin, was founded
by Vincent Rossetti and has produced over 1,000
homes in Peachtree City, Eagle's Landing and
other prestigious communities in the south metro
area over the past quarter century.
