Brechin Park open for business

Ravin Homes has recorded its first three sales in Brechin Park, a modern neighborhood in Fayette County named for an ancient city in Scotland called Brechin.

Donna Simpkins, Ravin Homes' marketing representative in the community, said the company's model home in Brechin Park is available now for viewing.

Just south of Peachtree City across Ga. Highway 74 from the new South Educational Complex, Brechin Park will have approximately 80 minimum one-acre home sites with homes priced from the $200's to the $300's. Some waterfront lots are available, and houses have a minimum of 2,000 square feet.

Special features in the homes include Hardiplank on the exteriors, tile floors in bathrooms, a generous allowance on carpet and many energy-saving features. The homes also feature a warranty package, anchored by a 10-year structural warranty for home buyers.

The community features two seven-acre ponds. Brechin Pond will be owned by the homeowners, while the other pond is owned by a private homeowner. The community also has a gazebo, park, nature trail, curbs and underground gutters, streetlights and is served by county water lines and gas and electric lines. There is also a strict set of protective covenants and restrictions.

For information phone the sales center at 770-716-7830.

Ravin Homes, which is building 40 of the homes in the community, was founded by Vince Rossetti, a veteran of more than 40 years in home construction, and has produced thousands of homes in Peachtree City over the past quarter of a century.
