HMC sponsors summer programs

Do you want to learn how to save lives? Henry Medical center has some suggestions that may improve your health and save lives.

The hospital has donated CPR instructional kits to the Henry County Libraries to allow easier access to the general public. You can learn and practice lifesaving techniques on an adult and infant mannequin in the comfort of your own home.

There are programs offered by the hospital this summer such as a Medical Self-Care for seniors. Groups also may call to request a speaker for topics such as sun safety and skin cancer prevention, heat related illness, heart disease and diabetes. Call 770-389-2143 for more information.
