cinematic experience
- In 1994, three student
filmmakers entered the woods in Burkittsville,
Md. to make a film about the legend of the Blair
Witch. A year later, their footage was found.

history lesson on Fayette County
- The Fayette County
Recreation Department plans a tour each month for
senior citizens in the county. Last week it
offered a historical bus tour of Fayette county
and 34 interested persons participated.

contractors and public at Home Depot
- Each Tuesday 8-10 a.m. The
Home Depot store in Fayetteville hosts a
contractor breakfast.

- Offshoot presents
special Matinee on Thursday
- In addition to its regular
weekend performances, Offshoot Productions is
presenting a special matinee of its lively
audience participation play,
Cinderella,Cinderella at 10 a.m. on
Thursday, july 22 at McIntosh High School. Large
groups can be accommodated at this time, as well
as individuals and families. Tickets are
available in advance for large groups and at the
door for individual purchase.
