An estimated 1,500 prospective home buyers recently attended Pathway Communities' 15th annual Classic Tour of Homes. The tour showcased 12 neighborhoods and 26 furnished and unfurnished traditional and turn-of-the-century style homes ranging in price from the mid $100's to over $400,000 in Peachtree City, Fayette County and Newnan. The highlight of the tour was Pathway's newest development, SummerGrove, in historic Newnan. SummerGrove is Atlanta's first master-planned community to offer nine furnished model homes and a combination of ultra-fast internet connections, structured wiring in every home and an interactive community intranet, said a spokesman for Pathway. The community will feature numerous swim and tennis clubs and neighborhood parks, a 100-acre lake, a daily-fee golf course (opening later this year) and more than five miles of walking paths. The Classic Tour of Homes has become known for spotlighting great builders and great neighborhoods, and this year was no exception, said Elliot Stotler, Pathway Communities senior vice president and general manager. Next year we'll be featuring several new master-planned communities that are currently in development. We look forward to giving home buyers even more opportunities to choose a Pathway community.
