Pathway Communities is pleased to welcome Charles Biele, one of the South's most accomplished professionals in the area of master-planned community development and marketing, to its team. Biele joins Pathway Communities as senior vice president of development. Biele will have the overall responsibility for the company's Henry County project, a 434-acre, mixed-use, master-planned community, slated to break ground later this year. He will manage the residential and commercial land sales as well as overseeing the advertising and marketing programs for the community. In addition, he will be responsible for the communities home builder initiatives, including recruiting new builders and working with current builders to ensure competitive positioning in the market.

Pathway Communities Chief Operating Officer Wray Russell says Biele is “a professional who has proven he can make things happen on a large scale.”

Biele, a Virginia Tech graduate, previously worked on numerous large-scale master-planned communities during his tenure at Mobil Land Development.

Carol has been a consistent seller of John Wieland Homes and is a member of Wieland's Silver Circle, which recognizes those Realtors that have sold 12 or more new John Wieland homes throughout their career. Carol was presented this reward at the south regional meeting of the Wieland Board of Councilors held at Whitewater Country Club last month. Cyndee Lizana-Gause has joined the Newnan branch of Griffin Financial Services as a fulltime loan officer.

Mrs. Lizana-Gause, who has 10 years of experience in the mortgage and consumer loan field, joined Griffin Financial Services in 1990. She has previously worked in their Secondary Marketing Department and has been originating loans part-time for the last two years.

She has extensive knowledge of all conventional, jumbo and government financing programs and also specializes in sub-prime lending.

Griffin Financial Services has its operations and underwriting departments, as well as a mortgage loan office, in Fayetteville. In addition to McDonough, there are branch offices in Newnan, Jackson, Barnesville, and Griffin, and a new branch office is opening in Peachtree City.

Jimenez has worked in the residential lending industry for over three years. She has been a resident of the Atlanta area for nearly five years, and holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree from University of Georgia. She earned the top producer of sales for her region at her previous lending institution.
