Ring in fun with BellSouth this weekend

BellSouth Mobility has landed in Fayetteville.

Residents who want to check out the phone company's late st offerings in cellular service can now make the short trip to the Fayette Pavilion and browse through all the company's latest offerings.

The new store is located next to T.J. Maxx and manager Lynn Rakestraw said the store can be your one-stop phone store.

“We have all of our latest cellular products, but we also take cellular payments and do home phone services as well,” she said.

To celebrate the opening of the store, the company is having a local grand opening on Saturday.

“We'll have face paintings, a clown and also a special sale featuring 25 percent off all accessories,” Rakestraw said.

Saturday's festivities run from 10 a.m-6 p.m.

The store will also have a corporate grand opening on July 28 featuring an appearance by Atlanta Brave Brian Jordan at the store from 11 a.m.-2 p.m.

Normal business hours at the store are 10 a.m.-7 p.m. Monday through Friday and 10 a.m.-6 p.m. on Saturday. The store is closed on Sundays.
