Police Blotter Gregory Dale Hall, 39, of
Hampton was arrested Monday on an outstanding
warrant out of Cobb County, according to reports.
A
car was stopped at about 9 p.m. near Pavilion
Parkway in Fayetteville for a tag violation.
Hall, the passenger in the car, was asked for
identification and the warrant, for a probation
violation, was discovered, police said.
He
was taken to Fayette County Jail and the driver
of the car was cited for the tag violation.
John A.
Deshayes, 47, of Fayetteville was arrested Friday
for possession of marijuana.
He
was stopped Friday afternoon on Ga. Highway 85
for a seatbelt violation, reports said. A search
of the vehicle revealed a box of cigarettes on
the front passenger's seat, which contained a
substance believed to be marijuana, police said.
Deshayes
admitted to having knowledge of the marijuana,
and he was taken to Fayette County Jail, police
said.
Matthew S.
Birmingham, 19, of Peachtree City was arrested
Wednesday evening on an outstanding warrant out
of Fayette County.
According
to reports, police arrested Birmingham after
responding to a call about a silver pickup truck
making doughnuts in the parking lot at GTO's.
Craig B.
Brogdon, 33, of Fayetteville was arrested
Saturday evening and charged with driving under
the influence of alcohol.
He
was stopped near Big Lots in Fayetteville for
unsafe driving, according to reports. It was
discovered that his license had been suspended
for points in October and that he was
intoxicated, police said.
He
was taken to Fayette County Jail.
