State Court The
following cases were heard in State Court during
the recent two-week criminal session that ended
June 18:
Timothy Mayfield
was found guilty of violation of probationary
license and sentenced to 12 months probation and
a $1,000 fine.
Donald Nerone was
found guilty of simple battery and sentenced to
12 months probation and a $300 fine. He also was
listed as a first offender.
Timothy Williams
pled nolo contendre to a charge of marijuana
possession and was fined $300.
James Lee Burke was
found guilty of driving under the influence of
alcohol and sentenced to 12 months probation,
including 24 hours in jail, along with an $800
fine.
Angela Neal was
found guilty of driving under the influence of
alcohol and sentenced to 12 months probation,
including 24 hours in jail, and an $800 fine.
Ryan Schuldt was
found guilty of driving under the influence of
alcohol and sentenced to 12 months probation,
with 24 hours in jail, and an $800 fine.
Hue S. Hom was
found guilty of driving under the influence of
alcohol and no proof of insurance. He was
sentenced to 12 months probation, including the
first 30 days in jail, and 40 hours of community
service along with a $1,000 fine.
James E. Marlowe
was found guilty of driving under the influence
of alcohol, following too closely and leaving the
scene of an accident. He was sentenced to 12
months of home arrest with electronic monitoring,
to serve the first 30 days at Anchor Hospital,
with a $1,000 fine and 80 hours of community
service.
