Donald Earl Nerone pled guilty last week in Fayette State Court to a charge of simple battery. He received 12 months probation and a $300 fine.

Robert Larry Thompson pled guilty to a battery charge, and he received 12 months probation along with a $200 fine.

Rufus Spencer Harrell pled guilty to criminal trespass, receiving 12 months probation and a $300 fine.

Rod Alan Huber was convicted of driving under the influence, receiving a 12-month probated sentence and a $1,000 fine. He will spend the first 90 days under house arrest with electronic monitoring.

Charles Everett Groover pled guilty to driving under the influence and received 12 months probation and a $1,000 fine. He will also be required to have an alcohol ignition interlock device installed on any car he drives during his probation.

Ronnie Van Tubbs pled guilty to possession of marijuana, with a sentence of 12 months probation (including 60 days under house arrest), $1,000 fine, and 40 hours community service.

Kenneth Allen Brewton pled guilty to simple battery. He received 12 months probation, an $800 fine and 40 hours community service.
