The Home Source Realtors, a division of Pathway Communities, recently had an auction for its General Brokerage Division at Pathway's newest master-planned community, SummerGrove.

Realtors from both the Peachtree City and Newnan offices participated in the two-month promotion and earned play money by meeting company standards for home sales, referrals and team work.

Pathway Communities president and chief executive officer Steve Black was the featured “item” at the event. He will be installing the Home Source Realtors yard signs for the highest bidder, Charlotte VanDeBerg.

In addition to Black, Pathway Communities chief operating officer Wray Russell and general manager Elliot Stotler also were auctioned. More than 80 items were auctioned including a weekend getaway, as well as Braves and theater tickets.
