Designer Showcase Home open in Eagle's Landing

Eagle's Landing has its first Designer Showcase Home since the Atlanta Home Expo was conducted in the community in 1990.

The current Designer Showcase Home is at 200 Eagle's Landing Way in the exclusive Eagle's Landing Country Club Community. Situated on a golf course homesite alongside the eighth green, the fully furnished home is in unit four of the neighborhood. It was built by Bob and Brad Lundstrom of Lundstrom Homes, who are on the list of preferred builders.

The home, which has an all brick exterior, will be sold with the furnishings included, as well as a membership to the exclusive golf club, for a price of $630,000.

Grand opening of the home for real estate agents was May 22, followed by a preview for Eagle's Landing residents May 1 and a grand opening for the public May 2.

The Eagle's Landing master planned community, a Killearn Properties development, is at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Eagle's Landing's Parkway (exit 73). One of the largest and most successful private country club developments in the metro Atlanta area, the community brings a blend of championship golf, master planned amenities, elegant homes and supporting commercial, industrial and professional facilities to a location just one minute off the interstate.

Eagle's Landing was ranked number one in the Atlanta Business Chronicle's most recent listing of the “Top 100 Best Selling Metro Atlanta Subdivisions.” The community has a variety of home sizes and styles, with prices from $140,000 to over $1 million.
